Copyright - what it means to you

Under the 'fair use provision' of the music copyright laws, it is legal to use the music we purchase on your behalf in your slideshows.

As long as you have legally purchased the music (which we do for you) and you only use the slideshow for personal use, this falls within your rights under the 'fair use provision'. The same area that allows for transfer to tape or I-Pod.
