We like to think that we are very flexible when dealing
with a request from a customer. To this end we currently
offer two additional services (one of which we feel the
customer doesn't require)
The service we are referring to which we don't think is
needed is a copying and enlargement service. Most high street
stores dealing with photography offer this service. We appreciate
that as we have your photographs we could just as easily
offer this service. Which, ultimately, is why we do. We
charge £1.00 for a straightforward copy of your original
and for enlargements (upto A4) we charge £1.50 per
copy.
The other service we offer is that of restoration/repair.
Please see our optimisation page for examples of what we
mean. Due to the time we maybe required to spend on a restoration
project, the cost for this service is not cheap. We cannot
give a definate price as we do not know how long a 'project'
will take until we can see the print in question. Restoration
covers repairing damaged photographs (consider every photograph
as a worst case and the charge would be £20.00 per
print). For 'red-eye' removal or colour alterations we charge
a flat fee (like-for-like sized prints) of £2.00 per
photo.
Due to the varying nature of these additional services,
we would request that each and every customer drop us a
quick e-mail with your requirements. We will respond as
soon as possible.
Please bear in mind that a lot of damage can be 'repaired'
- some damage (depending on the amount and type) may be
un-repairable. |
