The DVD was awesome. Whats even better is the kids are still at

What a massively professional collection of people you are. I was
very worried about sending you (or anyone for that matter) my photos
but the courteous and prompt replies to my e-mails in what must
have been a very trying time (I can be a bit impatient at times)
